White Gators are coming to Gatorland
Thursday, January 8th, 2009When the extremely rare blue-eyed, white skinned Gators became available to Gatorland (www.gatorland.com), CEO Mark McHugh pounced on the oppportunity. Wanting to maintain the intimate access that is the hallmark of this family owned attraction, McHugh designed a special environment for the celebrity gators, giving all Gatorland visitors close-up viewing positions of these phenomenal creatures.
According to McHugh, when it came time to design the environment’s interior, Muralistically Inclined was the obvious choice. “When we updated our entrance and gift shop this past year, Muralistically Inclined’s murals brought the exterior of the attraction to life. Their capability for using art to tell our story makes M.I. the best possible choice for this special assignment.”
Owners/artists Alison Horne and Rita Canan are again joined by internationally renowned landscape artist Peter Pettegrew, reprising the team who designed and painted the four exterior murals of the new building which opened in May, 2008. Learn more about Peter at www.pettegrew.com
